Shipping Policy

At Valuwin, we believe a great shopping experience doesn’t end at checkout. We offer free shipping on every order across the contiguous United States — no minimums, no hidden fees, no surprises.

Free Shipping on All Orders

All orders placed on valuwin.com ship completely free of charge. There are no minimum order requirements and no shipping fees of any kind. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. This means your total estimated time from order to delivery is:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted national carriers. Your order may be fulfilled by any of the following, depending on your location and the size of your order:

The carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address, package dimensions, and weight to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Order Status page.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.

Large & Oversized Items

Some products — such as zero-turn mowers, pergolas, and heavy outdoor equipment — may require freight or specialized delivery. In these cases:

  • You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Delivery will be made to your curbside or driveway
  • Please inspect the item upon delivery and note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing

Freight shipping is still always free — no additional charges apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

  • Take photos of any visible damage to the packaging and product
  • Do not discard the original packaging — it may be needed for a carrier claim
  • Email us at contact@valuwin.com with your order number and photos

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Valuwin LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@valuwin.com — we will do our best to make changes before your order ships.
