Return Eligibility
You can return any item within 90 days from the delivery date. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products in new or like-new condition.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us first — Email contact@valuwin.com or call +1(703)301-4526. If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos and a brief description.
- Wait for instructions — We’ll review your request and send you a free prepaid return label with return instructions. Please don’t ship anything back until you receive your label.
- Ship the item back — Use the prepaid label we provide. A valid tracking number is required. For large freight items, we will schedule a free carrier pickup at your location within 1–2 business days — no disassembly or drop-off required.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a free prepaid return label.
- Change-of-mind returns: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a free prepaid return label.
- Large freight items: We coordinate and pay for a carrier pickup at your location. No drop-off required.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours of receipt), your full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Full refund. No restocking fee.
- Change-of-mind returns: Full refund of the item purchase price. No restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at contact@valuwin.com with your order number and clear photos. Depending on the situation, we may send replacement parts, ship a replacement unit, or issue a full refund. We’ll communicate the best resolution to you promptly.
Return Address
All approved returns must be shipped using the prepaid label we provide. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
